招聘岗位：机台操作工（坐岗，非流水线工作，洁净区穿无尘服）

岗位要求：40岁以下，有药厂或同行业相关工作经验优先。

工作时间：综合工时，周一至周六以12小时常白班（08:40-20:40）为主，8小时班次（8:40-17:40）为辅。偶尔有夜班（20:40-次日8:40），有夜班补助。加班36小时以内1.5倍，36小时以外按业绩工资支付，8小时/业绩。根据个人需求，转正后可申请公租房。

福利待遇：基本工资2200+岗位工资+技能津贴+绩效奖金+加班费+补助.综合工资4500-6500，五险，有免费的工作餐（12小时班次提供中晚餐，8小时班次提供中餐，夜班提供次日早餐）。
