Job Scope

1. To implement the whole year Exhibition and industrial events, schedule for each exhibition, including logistic, catering, model and decoration;

2. To work with marketing team to manage marketing campaign planning and preparation;

3. To develop and maintain the communication materials (brochures, flyers, literature, datasheet, poster etc.) with Product Managers, sales as well as clients to review and push for content, create schedules and push for deadlines etc. ;

4. To work with marketing team to generate the contents updated on corporate website including products, events, news releases, and other appealing contents.

5. To support for dealers exhibition booth design, dealers shop decoration; work together with dealers as a supervisor, sharing experience and offering professional suggestions.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Above 5 years’ experience in marketing communication, preferred multinational enterprise in B2B or B2C industry.

2. To be very initiative with new ideas, and capable of driving the implementation of MARCOM plan.

3. Team work, open minded, adaptive and strong learning ability

4. Project management skill in planning, pushing vendors and others, and well structured 

5. Adobe software skills will be a plus 

6. Hands on MS Office Standard-applications 

7. Exception interpersonal and communication skill

8. Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese, and fluent oral communications skills
