Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure Sales controlling of the business unit in coordination with Corporate Guidelines as well as external/legal regulations.

2. Develop controlling standards, processes, methods and KPIs for Sales teams/departments within group guidelines & framework.

3. Regular reporting of sales related financials to superior and Group Controlling. (With comments on deviations from planning and previous period.)

4. In-depth analysis for the MD / Sales managers of business units. (e.g. development of sales, margin analysis, Pricing control，discount/rebate analysis, performance evaluation, short-term/long-term business planning etc.)

5. Provide proactive supports to sales function for the balanced decision-making.

6. Calculations, e.g. for customer projects or investments.

7. Drive and coordinate sales budget planning in the basis of top down input (group planning) and bottom up input (planning in product level).

8. Create various forecasts with supporting scenario planning.

9. Control of monthly sales closing schedule.

10. Monitor the sales discount policy and overdue list.

11. Maintain List Price and Discount/Rebate procedure.

12. Performance evaluation of the sales division/team/individuals.

Job Requirements:

1.bachelor or above degree, Finance related background.

2.At least 5 years work experience, Above 2 years Financial planning and analysis work experience.

3.Read English, spoken English.

4.Excellent in Excel, PPT.

5.Familiar with SAP.

6.Proactive attitude, Customer and result orientation, Can Work under pressure, Meet deadline, team work, will to embrace the change.
