- Business Unit/Function: IT

- Location: Beijing

- Implement and maintain the management information systems (GLOBE GT & required local applications) in specific business area. Ensure compliance with GCR business needs
- Ensure applications are compliance according to standards in specific business area
- Continue to maintain an adequate operational processes to meet and adapt to the business needs of GCR and the Nestlé Group in specific business area
- Coordination with RBSM for issue resolution in specific business area
- Maintain super user network
- Provide assistance in the delivery of super user/end user training

- Provide business process and solution expertise in a specific business area and gather and document business requirements where necessary.
- Ensure connectivity and integration with local external partners, as well as Legacy systems.
- Manage Base Line Testing and participate in Integration Testing to ensure the solution meets business needs.
- Provide initial training to the Super Users and help them to customise training material.
- Manage, support and coach Super Users during Base Line Testing and Market Integration Testing, and support issue resolution.
- Provide Roles Request support for the implementation.
- Undertake Data collection, preparation, and load to new systems.
- Raise and help manage risks and issues within the project team.
- Contribute to Cutover planning and assist with Solution delivery coordination.
- Coordinate and ensure that all post Go Live support related issues are handled, analysed, and resolved between the Market and the offshore and RBS organisations.
- Project Governance – ensure sign-off of key deliverables (Blueprint, MAT, Go – No Go Decision).
- Support and sustain existing solution operation and seeking for operation efficiency improvement opportunity.

- University degree or above in IT related major preferred
- 3 years or more experience in applications in specific business area (GLOBE solution – i.e. SAP & Legacy Systems).
- Good problem solving, and analytical skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Positive thinking, ability for learning
