Responsibilities

1.    Full finance responsibilities for the Reporting unit

2.    Responsible for all GL posting

3.    Coordinate with SSC ACCN to ensure the accuracy of financial accounting records for statutory and group reporting purpose

4.    Be responsible for Group reporting package preparation and local GAAP reporting

5.    Responsible for monthly financial performance reporting including performing monthly analysis on order intake, sales, order backlog etc. Key data tracking, inspection, i.e. order level financial result control, analysis etc.

6.    Supervise and review monthly and annual tax filings for all taxes and ensure it is compliant with local tax requirement, acting as key contact to tax authorities

7.    Key contact for audit related tasks including group report audit / local statutory audit

8.    Responsible for finance related projects implementation

9.    Other tasks assigned by superior

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

2. At least 6 years background in finance and accounting area in multinational companies; At least 3 years GL experiences in Multinational companies

3. CPA or other equivalent qualifications preferred

4. SAP experiences preferred

5. Good command of English (Oral / Writing)

6. Strong team orientation, accountability and communication skills
