Job Summary
Asset management of Metro existing stores. Optimize and add the value of the assets. Maintain the relations with landlords and government authorities.
KPIs: How much of the value of the property to be added.
Renew/rental/problems .

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Set up and maintain the regional asset management system
Keep regular communication with the internal and external stakeholders.
Optimize and add the value for the asset, assist the stores and HQ to solve the problems.
Ensure the implementation of the contract/Agreement with landlords
Coordinate the negotiation between the landlord and METRO. Renew or terminate the contracts. Support relevant departments for the store remodeling and sub leasing issues. Be responsible for regular or irregular the check of the assets/sites, find and solve the problems in time
Support to solve the property issue, and emergency issue.
Collect information of property, competition, to support the decision of expansion strategy
Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor degree or above in Legal, construction, Economics, Business Management and /or related subjects

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of Asset management / expansion / PR / investment experience, retail or FMCG related industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of commercial real estate.

Skills and Competencies:
Good negotiation skill
Strong project management skill.
Good commercial understanding and entrepreneurial spirit.
Experience in social relations and be conscientious
Be mature and self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress
Good written and oral communication skills in English is preferred
Willing to travel frequently.
Ability to work in a high pressure environment
