Job Summary

l Assist Head of Expansion or Regional Expansion Manager in maintaining a management framework and to support the Expansion Team in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Expansion Department

l On demand, also support team members of Regional Expansion for their daily administrative tasks

Timely, Accuacy

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

l Maintain the expansion project list developed by Head of Expansion or Regional Expansion Manager ensuring regular input from Expansion Managers.

l Assist in ad-hoc desk-top expansion research.

l Coordinate with other internal functions related to Expansion.

l Assist in document preparations required by various government offices during the expansion process.

l Assist in preparation of project documents, letters, presentations, conferences and meeting minutes, as required.

l Assist in the collection of market intelligence.

l Provide general administrative support for the Expansion Department.

l Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications

Education:

l University degree and above.

Experience:

l Minimum 3 years of working experience in a commercial organization with solid experience in general office administration.

Skills and Competencies:

l Fully conversant with general office computer software.

l Good business knowledge and judgement.

l Good communication skills.

l Strong ability to coordinate activities amongst various parties

l High degree of self-discipline and pro-activeness.

l Good social skills and comfortable in dealing with government offices in the Region.

l Fluency in Chinese and English.
