职位描述
Minimum Education / Qualification / Experience
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experiences with 1+ years on Purchase Order Management service
- Business Development or Account management as a core skill
- Experience in managing staff across multiple departments/locations
- Proven track record in managing Purchase Order Management for Key Accounts.
- Basic Project or program roll out experiences
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement
- Extensive Product Knowledge of Purchase Order Management Service with Sea, Air, Rail, Road and Contract Logistics service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office & MS Project
- LEAN experience is preferred and valued
- Excellent command in written and oral English

Description of Purchase Order Management Key Account Responsibilities / Tasks
- To support Account Owner on offering Purchase Order Management solution for Key Account biz development
- To be fully responsible for implementation of operation once biz awarded
- to compile Standard Operation Process SOP for Services executed
- to work with respective office Line Management/Operation Manager to plan sufficient operation resource
- to train Operation PIC for full awareness of operation requirement and working process supported by local TQM
- to set up KPI matrix to measure operation performance
- to conduct Vendor Seminar for Purchase Order Management business
- To act as Control Tower
- to deliver high quality of service to meet business requirement through monthly KPI measurement
-to closely liaise with Account Owner as well as respective governing parties to conduct problem solving / crisis management
- to build up solid rapport with Key Account Local Representative
- to conduct Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Year / Full-Year Performance Report
- to conduct Monthly / Quarterly / Half-Year / Full-Year Performance Review with Account Owner and Key Account Local Representative if required
- To explore new business opportunities from the Key Account which is handled by other LSPs
- To performance other related duties and responsibilities as required.
