Job Description:

This is a commissioned sales position. As an Intel Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Field Sales Engineer for the PRC customer accounts, you will need to leverage your leadership skills, business acumen and technical abilities, to achieve growth in Sales, Design Wins, and Customer Loyalty. You’re also required to be on top of below items.

  • Responsible for managing the relationship between Intel and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at accounts.

  • Position Intel solutions and values to the assigned customer accounts.

  • Identify opportunities in your account base and uncover customer needs and decision process to align solutions to make win-win business.

  • Work closely with the SMG(Sales and Marketing Group) account team, align strategy and make one-intel win.

  • Develop relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts.

  • Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts. Ensure that goals are consistent with Intel's strategic direction of: (1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term. (2)increasing the preference for Intel architectures among assigned customers.

  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Field Applications Engineer.

  • Work with the field applications, sales operations and other stakeholders to ensure required technical and logistical support for assigned accounts

  • Develop a clear understanding of Intel's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.

  • Maintain a detailed account plan and drive a winning sales strategy.

  • Generate sales and design win forecasts and conduct territory reviews.


Qualifications:

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience in the semiconductor, technology or related industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Possess a Master of Business Administration.
  • Experienced with FPGA application and business.
  • Experienced with Telecommunication or Data Center application and business is a strong plus.
  • Accountability and a trust-worthy, execute team goals with discipline.
  • Fluent English and good people communication skills.
