Scope: 

1.Manage and lead the workcell ME team to successfully introduce new product and ramp up to MP

2.Lead workcell ME team to drive innovation and continues improvements, provide process and manufacturability improvement solutions

3.Major communication channel between internal and external customers / suppliers on technical topics

4.Participate in customer meeting and audit, and effectively present Jabil processes, initiatives and strengths to current/potential customer

 

Expectations:

1.Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing / electronics and / or mechanical engineering Industrial Automation or equivalent  

2.Minimum 5 years in automated and technological manufacturing of electronics / mechanical assemblies or in a similar capacity.

3.With good listening, oral and written English, communication & presentation skill. Able to communicate in English

4.Proactive, good responsibility, team work and cross functions collaboration

5.Experience in team management / program management

6.Knowledge on ISO9000, AQP processes

7.Good data analysis and problem-solving ability

8.Good knowledge in CAD, MS Office and analysis software (Pro-E / Solidworks / ACAD / MS office / Minitab etc...)
