We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

• ?????Acting as Investment Counsellor of private banking client, leading and driving coolective performance of frontline sales to meet overall business outcomes assigned for investment products.
• Develop portfolio strategies and business plans to optinmise sales capacity and effectiveness.
• Deliver CIO market updates and house views on timely basis and provide clear tactical strategy to RM to enhance their functional competencies & professionalism in the course of interacting with customers.
• Provide professional support and service to RM and customers on regular portfolio review for customers with RM.
• Provide regular and timely feedback to product specialist team on customer acceptability on investment products
• Ensure follow up on all risk and compliance issues
• Other project or initatives assigned by line manager

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements

• Master Degree and/or CFA, Minimum 10 years experience as Investment Counsellor or Relationship Manager experience in foreign banks related to investment business
• AMAC qualification is a must, SAC qualification is a plus
• Record excellent sales results on investment business
• Excellent knowledge of investment market and competitive activities and be able to react and identify opportunities in response to changing landscape
• Able to communicate well with internal and external cusomters, good communicatioin and problem solving skill.
• Able to work under pressure as a good team player
• Fluent in both English and Chinese writing and speaking is a MUST
• Proficient in Excel, Poweroint, Word, etc.
