ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 必要的职责:

- Produce, review, edit and validate Electronics/Weak Current System’s engineering design drawings on Aden’s

new generation developments in Healthcare, Manufacturing and Catering, and maintain their related BIM

implementations.

- Facilitate the communication between our teams in China, Europe, and the Americas.

- Make sure that all suppliers’ designs are correctly embedded into the general design.

- On‐site audit and follow‐up visit of the construction site.

- Facilitate ongoing development of the company CATIA and Revit start‐up files library.

- Create and manage new and existing BIM content.

- Promote one firm approach by encouraging and enforcing BIM standards.

- Regularly travel to our design offices and suppliers’ facilities.

NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具备的知识和技能:

‐ Degree in Engineering Design, Electronics/Weak Current Systems Specialty is preferred.

‐ A minimum 5 years in building design/construction industry; with an experience of BIM design.

- Electronics/Weak Current systems engineering design (Firefighting Systems, Security Systems, IT Systems).

- Building Management system knowledge preferred.

- Engineering design and BIM design software proficiency (Revit, AutoCAD…).

- Catia Software experience will be a big advantage.

- Extensive experience in Electronics/Weak Current systems engineering design, including experience with the setting up

of Building Management Systems.

- Experience in working with BIM tools to perform engineering design and modeling work.
