Private Banking (PB)

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will

• Provide client support to HSBC's Relationship Management and Acquisition teams and facilitates client review, renewal, maintenance and exit activities across all HSBC products
• Deal with basic documentation issues, and maintain client forms up to date, providing status update on documentation required as and when requested Relationship Manager
• Undertake day to day banking operations as and when requested based on client requirements
• Ensure all client queries are handled in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure maximum client satisfaction
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business in which the jobholder is involved
• Maintain HSBC internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements?

• ? Excellent communication skills in Madarine and English;
• Good communication skills with good level of customer experience;
• Strong organisation skills and a clear sense of urgency and prioritization with a focus on customer needs and solutions oriented thinking;
• Attention to the details and precision in particular when processing transactions.
• Understanding of how a private bank functions as far as transaction processing, customer documentation, cross border rules, financial crime compliance and account opening.
