Registration and Compliance Operation (RCO) is looking for an experienced manager with a passion for leading an operation team in Beijing, You will be responsible for managing the Seller Onboarding Associate team, which consists of 3-4 front line managers and 40-60 onboarding associates, The primary responsibility of the team is to provide direct support to Amazon Sellers as part of their registration and onboarding process onto the Amazon store. The team acts as the primary interface, collecting the required information and documentation and conducting the relevant verification so the Seller can complete registration and begin selling on Amazon.
The primary role of this position is to provide leadership and guidance to the teams under supervision, manage front line managers and their team members to achieve the productivity and quality goals, and meet expected service levels, while working closely with the program team, process owners, training, workforce management, analytics, and other teams in RCO. This is a highly visible and impacting role within RCO.

Basic qualifications
- A Bachelor degree
- Excellent English written and verbal skills coupled with the ability to comfortably and confidently present to all levels within the business is required.
- Have experience in operations in multinational companies.
- Should have worked as a manager of managers
- Ability to hire and develop a scalable team
- Extensive relevant industry experience (6-10 years) across Operations, Risk, Fraud investigations etc.
- Demonstrable operational excellence skill & project management experience.
- Exceptional operational, managerial, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Excel, Word).
Preferred qualifications
- Exposure to voice contact center operations
- Experience in a customer focused field or business
- Multi-lingual skills, such as Chinese and Vietnamese.
- Six Sigma Black belt/green belt or equivalent working experience.
- Advanced qualifications such as MBA would be advantageous.
