岗位职责：
Job Description:

1.负责按照OPS手册操作货物；
To be responsible for shipment processing by OPS manual；
2.通过了解客户的需求和处理要求，确保100%的客户满意
To achieve 100% customer satisfaction at all times through understanding customers' needs and handling requirements as well as ensuring 100% compliance；
3.确保所有数据及时准确地录入系统
To ensure all data entered into system timely and accurately；
4.及时发现货物的状况并告知操作人员
To mornitor all shipments till AMD/AFD, highlight the outstanding cases；
5. 以及部门内其他需要完成的工作
Take up additional tasks as required to meet the Department’s needs.

职位要求：
Qualifications:

    

1. 大学在校学生；
College student
2. 英语4级或以上，能用英语作为工作语言；
CET-4 or above, can use English as working language
3. 英文流利，电脑操作熟练；
Excellent communication and PC skills
4.有抗压力及团队合作能力
Able to undertake stress and team work
