Your tasks and responsibilities岗位职责：
1.Responsible for projects, oil & gas, marine logistics department team build up and management in North China
负责项目，油气，海运物流部门在华北地区的团队建设和管理；
2.Ensure strong process management is in place to control operational performance against agreed guidelines and key performance indicators
确保强有力的过程管理到位，以根据商定的指导方针和关键绩效指标控制运营绩效；
3.Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and our global network to deliver total business solutions that support our overall business strategy
与公司内部各部门和全球网络保持联系和协调，提供支持公司整体业务战略的整体业务解决方案；
4.Understand company strategies and develop EPC (engineering, procurement & construction) projects, oil & gas and oversized & overweight cargo clients in local market
了解公司战略，开发EPC(工程，采购和建设)项目，石油和天然气，超大和超重货物客户在当地市场；
5.Ensure that all financial operational requirements are met at all times, including but not limited to file administration, accurate pricing, credit control, deferrals, accruals
确保所有财务运作要求始终得到满足，包括但不限于文件管理，准确定价，信用控制，延期付款；
Your skills and experience岗位要求：
To be successful to this role, you need to have 5 years of working experience on freight forwarding logistics, experience on projects, oil & gas logistics, oversized and overweight cargo transportation will be a plus. You also need demonstrate a customer focused mindset in everything they do on a daily basis.
1.5年的货运代理物流工作经验，有项目、油气物流、超大型和超重货物运输经验者优先。
2.英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。
3.以客户为中心的心态。
