Job Responsibilities

1. Require to analyze and research the client's industry and company, collect market information and research on different job requirements 

2. Analyze company information and job descriptions, search for suitable candidates through different channels, promote the screening process and communicate with candidates on the phone 

3. Obtain information of target candidates through unfamiliar phone calls, understand and track the career dynamics and contact information of target candidates 

4. Promote suitable candidates to interview with clients and follow up the interview process and details, provide solutions for clients and candidates when they encounter problems in the recruitment process 

【What we need]

1. Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, need to have English reading and writing skills, 211, 985 preferred, study abroad experience is preferred 

2. strong communication skills, interested in the executive search industry, familiar with Office software 

3. Strong self-learning ability and motivation ability, high sensitivity to talent
