The Product Trainee is a key role in developing special order per domestic and foreign marketing requirements, executing technical improvement and innovation for existing product and will also will contribute to product quality resolving and I2V workshop.

 

Main Roles and Responsibilities

1.      Mechanical design, qualify and implement technical solutions to customized centrifugal orders. 

2.      Working with team and operation for the order problems solving in assembly line.

3.      Conducts root cause and failure analysis to order issues.

4.      Maintain and use lines of communications with other functions and alerts others to downstream effects of design changes. 

5.    Implement design process and maintain the order design documents in Winchill system– global database.       

Requirements: Education, Knowledge & Skills

1.      Mechanical, Engineering ,Compressor or Fluid background, preferred major in compressor or Fluid

2.      Can well operate Pro-E or UG for drawing design

3.      Modeling and Simulation abilities (FEA, CFD, Rotor Dynamics and etc.) a plus

4.      Good data management and analytical skills

5.      Good team work and communication skills

6.      Fluent English level in writing, reading. Productive oral conversation

7.      Knowledge of Lean tools, DFMEA and Six Sigma tools a plus
