岗位职责:

1.前期设计与客户沟通，了解客户技术要求、标准

2.机械标准件的选型

3.标准件下单采购

4.按照项目计划，进行机械设计与技术研发

5.电子档、图纸及BOM表的输出

6.装配期间，深入车间了解和处理设计上存在的问题并加以改进

7.制作动作流程图

8.整理设备交付资料

 

任职资格：

1.机械自动化相关专业

2.自动化非标设备5年以上设计经验，并能解决组装过程中出现的技术问题

3.熟悉丝杆、滑轨、轴承、气件、液压等传动原理和选型方法

4.熟悉机械设计原理、钣金设计、公差配合、机构传动、并有基本的电气知识

5.熟悉常用金属材料和非金属材料的特点，及材料加工工艺和处理方式

6.熟练掌握SolidWorks和AutoCAD

7.能读懂英语技术文件
