The Role:

A compelling opportunity becomes available with a very notable Oil & Gas client, and we are on the lookout for experienced, accomplished and resilient professionals to join and support our business.  If you are looking to make an impact  and manage a winning team, this is your opportunity to take the next step in joining an established team and a global strategic account.


The Client Services Manager is aligned to key hiring functionalities and will be responsible for driving operational excellence across effective campaigns and other TA initiatives.  This will include driving the performance of a sourcing team  across multiple locations (including remote resources) and accountability for all aspects of their development, overseeing their achievement in delivering recruitment targets and adherence to process across attraction, hiring and onboarding.  You will also have ownership of budgets and P&L, commercial management and exposure to Business Development Opportunities.


You are expected to hold and work to maintain a sound level of knowledge in experienced hires across varied business verticals and client best practice.  Also, responsible for building strong relationships with key client contacts, driving client satisfaction and elevating team engagement, in a vibrant and fast-moving environment.

You will need solid operational experience, and will be working closely with the key TA Leads, Head of Client Services, wider leadership team and the client to identify and progress business and account development and overall continuous improvement.  Your strong consulting and relationship skills will ensure you can anticipate and resolve challenges and continue to delight the client. 


We would like to hear from you, if you have:

  • Experience of recruitment in RPO, Corporate or agency recruitment
  • On-site experience within the Oil and Gas or relevant sectors, will be highly advantageous
  • Proven experience in managing a team to develop, grow, deliver and achieve set objectives.  Strong sense of resilience with a focus on operations excellence, account management and recruitment delivery.  Volume recruitment experience would be an advantage along with the ability to be agile in managing a diverse team in a complex, and matrixed environment
  • Led initiatives to optimize hiring lead times, costs and service levels
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate strategy into operational plans and business results.
  • Passionate, people-driven, and always striving for astounding stakeholder engagement and relationships
  • Confident communicator with a persuasive and credible personal style
  • Location: Beijing
