Order management /订单管理：

Follow up all the orders  to meet satisfaction of  assinged subsidiaires

追踪所有订单以满足子公司的业务需求。

Daily communicate  with subsidiaires for order status update, delivery schedule and complaints if happens.

日常与子公司沟通，更新订单状态，发货日程及处理客户投诉等问题。

Daily communicate with supplier for ordering and delivery arragement (due date and quantity).

日常与供应商沟通下单及出货安排等问题（截止日期及数量）。

Collabrate with cross-function teams to fulfill all kinds requestsfrom subsidiaries.

与跨功能部门协作，满足子公司的各种需求。

Inventory mnagement of commodities.

产品的库存管理。

Logistic Management / 物流管理：

Responsbile for on time booking, communicate internally with OM and QC to push for the order to be shipped on time

协调订单管理和质量控制部门安排货物按照出货计划完成，及时订舱以确保货物的准时发运。

Maintain and update the delivery report daily and ensure the data accuracy

日常维护和更新交货记录，并保证其准确性

Communicate with forwarder/carrier and headquarter logistics/Customs team on shipping issue settlement

同物流公司以及总部物流/关务部门合作共同解决货物运输中发生的任何问题

Monitor forwarder/carrier performance and report to the superior

评估物流公司的工作表现，像上级汇报

Responsible for checking the billing from forwarder / carrier monthly

岗位要求/Qualifications：

Education background & Work Experience/教育背景与工作经历：

-大专及以上学历，英语、国际贸易、物流等专业

 College degree or above, prefer major in English, International Trade or Logistics etc.

-需有两年以上外资企业进出口业务相关工作经验；

Over 2-year experience in import and export business of foreign-funded enterprises is a must.

-有SAP系统操作经验者优先。

SAP operation experiences is a plus

Skills/技能：

-英文听说读写流利、熟练运用office 软件。

 Fluent English and be computer literate.

-出色的人际沟通协调能力；

 Excellent communication and coordination skills.
