Main tasks:

    

    

• Responsible for pre-sales technical support, assisting sales staff and customers in business and technical communication and solution;
• Guiding customers and relevant personnel to use the company's products and assisting customers to deal with technical problems;
• Organize and carry out product presentations, technical exchanges and technical training.
• Maintain and manage daily technical documents;
• Summarized and analyzed technical problem regularly, put forward Suggestion on product optimization and communicated with the headquarter in Germany;
• After-sales service maintenance plan formulation, Data operation maintenance, and maintenance project progress tracking;
• Statistics and analysis of after-sales data to promote continuous improvement of the process;
• Work with sales and purchasing departments to improve product range according to market analysis and customer demand;
• Other work arranged by the line manager.

                                Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and related
• At least 5 years relative working experience
• Very good knowledge MS Office of Excel, PowerPoint
• Outstanding problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a solid theoretical foundation and technical work to solve product issues related to independence
• Good coordination and planning skills, capacity and flexibility
• Availability, responsiveness, dynamism
• Organizational ability, autonomy, teamwork skill
• Fluent in both oral and written English.
