Main tasks:

1. Market research on competitors and customers
2. Develop new and zero customers in exist key account group
3. Creating a relationship with new customers and maintaining contact with key customers
4. Implementation of projects commissioned by customers in close cooperation with internal department
5. Adherence to a fixed sales budget
6. Direct service of a selected group of key customers on an ongoing basis (negotiation, agreeing to detailed terms of trading, supervision over the correct course of the business relationship)
7. Making agreements with customers and coordinating their implementation
8. Realization of the company’s sales strategy and objectives for key customers
9. Close cooperation internal departments within the scope of complaints and implementation of corrective actions
10. Making reports and analyses of key customers
11. Representing at international exhibitions and trade shows
12. Finish the sales report and other assigned work

Further information: 

1. Studies or apprenticeship in business economics with additional technical background or technical studies with additional financial background 

2. Profound experience in technical sales, ideally in the tool industry 

3. Sales experience with international business groups (i.e. Automotive Industry, Mechanical Engineering, …)

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills

5. Goal oriented and independently acting 

6. Knowledge about the different alternative systems for e-Catalogues and e-Commerce tools

7. Fluent in English language

8. Professional skills in MS Office
