•  Lead supplier negotiations and secure compliance to sourcing agreements
• Drives development of existing suppliers and qualifies new suppliers based on cost, quality and timely delivery
• Responsible for the full purchasing process from execution of inquiries/quotations to tracking of open orders/contracts; continuously develop and improve the sourcing strategy
• Gathering and analyzing supplier data in order to reduce cost and improve delivery reliability
• Coordinates with sales and technical department to determine products needed and schedules to increase GP
• Qualify all the existing suppliers and develop more strategy suppliers to make sure company GP and cost reduction.
• Other work arranged by the line manager

 任职要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical Engineering or equivalent
•  At least 5 years sourcing experience, good knowledge and experience in MRO purchasing, especially localization experience
•  Familiar with bidding and procurement process, supplier evaluation and quality system
•  Good negotiation and excellent command of written and oral English
•  Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively interact with internal departments, has the understanding of internal customer satisfaction
•  Must be able to work on multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
•  Demonstrated track record for improving supplier performance
•  Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with SAP systems
•  Fluent in both oral and written English
