Responsibilities:

• Analyze the market for potential new customers in every region;
• Collect customer data from different sources like Chamber of Commerce, etc.;
• Evaluate data from different sources and create a development strategy to gain new customers;
• Collect customer information and contact addresses from potential new customers;
• Visit potential new customers with the sales team;
• Collect orders from new customers;
• Analyze the requirements of S and M level customers to develop to L level;
• Work out strategies together with the Area Sales Manager and ADM to win & develop new & existing customers per region;
• Work out strategies with Key Account Manager team to develop 0 sites to active customers;
• Synchronize with eBusiness Manager about customer requirements;
• Synchronize with Tele Sales team to allocate customers;
• Achieve the annual target of developing new customers and L level developed customers;

                                                    

Requirements:

• Business-related degree, ideally additional training in the commercial sector;
• High figure sensibility and experience in the creation of reports, deviation analyses and business models in the marketing/sales field and in-depth knowledge of direct selling;
• Practical experience in the use of CRM systems;
• In-depth industry knowledge in wholesale/foreign trade and customer services;
• Experience in the management and implementation of independent projects;
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Word);
• SAP knowledge is a plus but not a must;
• Very good oral & written English ability;
• High customer orientation and stable personality;
• Independent and self-responsible work style;
• Very good communication skills.
