Job Description

1. Preparing export and destination customs documents, file input and preparation of VAT-Refund document 准备出口和目的地海关文件及退税文件

2. Handle bookings and pick-up arrangement and working within area guidelines and company’s policies and procedures 负责订单，安排订舱，根据地区和公司政策进行货物运输操作

3. Booking with Carriers / Shipping Agents via Email, and send booking confirmation to Customer.通过电子邮件与承运人/船代订舱，并将订舱确认信息发送给客户

4. Follow up Pre-Manifest and send Pre- Manifest to Carriers / Shipping Agents.跟踪预舱单，并将预舱单发送给承运人/船代

5. Update and inform supervisors of forecasted space and resources requirements for capacity planning / Allocation management and resources allocation with carriers.及时向上级反馈舱位和资源/与承运人合作分配管理资源

6. Inform supervisors of any irregularities and claims  及时向上级反馈违规行为和客户索赔

7. Close monitor and ensure the Data quality.密切跟踪货物，确保数据质量。

8. To take up additional tasks as assigned. 及时完成上级主管指派的任务。

9. Back up for other team members when necessary. 其他同事的后备

Skills & Competencies

1. College degree or above; CET-4 or matched ability; 大专及以上，英文四级

2. Familiar with imp/export process and experienced in shipping documents such as COO熟悉进出口流程，熟悉COO等装运单据

3. Ability to work with different cultures and to manage cross functional interfaces 适应能力强，能做好公司和客户之前的沟通

4. High priority for teamwork 具有团队合作意识

5. Ready to take personal accountability for achieving individual and shared goals 有责任心，以完成工作目标为己任
