Job Description

1. SAP order handling SAP系统中的订单处理

2. Booking with Carriers / Shipping Agents via Email通过电子邮件与承运人订舱，并将订舱确认信息发送给客户

3． Coordinate cargo pick-up 负责安排提货计划

4. Preparing export and destination customs documents, file input and preparation of VAT-Refund document basic on SAP system 基于SAP系统信息准备出口和目的港海关文件及退税文件

5. Follow up the tracking report and keep customer informed in time for any delay.货物信息跟踪，碰到不能按时交货的需及时通知客户。

6. Inform supervisors of any irregularities and claims 及时向上级反馈违规行为和客户索赔

7. To take up additional tasks as assigned. 及时完成上级主管指派的任务。

8. Back up for other team members when necessary. 其他同事的后备

Skills & Competencies

1. With over 2 year forwarding operation experience on Sea Freight, SAP order handling experience is better具备2年以上货代海运操作/客服经验, 有SAP的操作经验优先考虑

2. Familiar with office software (word, excel, ppt) 熟悉office办公软件,能熟练使用word excel ppt

3. Good listening and speaking ability, good communication with overseas agent independently. 有良好的英语听说写能力，能独立与海外代理及客户沟通

4.Carefulness,accountability, good communication skills, good teamwork spirt,认真细心,有责任心,善于沟通,有良好的团队协作精神

5. Open and clear character, be able to work under pressure. 性格开朗，能承受一定的工作压力。

6. Good awareness of managing time, finish work on time and multi-task ability 能进行自我时间管理,按时完成工作,具备同时处理多项任务的能力
