In this role you’ll make an impact by:

1 Technical Maintenance

？Superuser which are involved with maintaining the technical installations, will most likely be technical specialist within Facility Service (FS) and/or Information Technology (IT).

？There will most likely be more than one level of Superuser for the technical systems. The primary level will be at manufacturer/supplier level (Avigilon, Nedap, Lenel, CISCO and similar). These will however almost never be available on site and might not be available instantly when the need arises. There shall therefore be a secondary level of technical support, which can be local and readily available for the users.

 2 Software Maintenance

？Superuser which are involved with maintaining the skills of the users, will most likely be a user of the system. The individual shall have a working knowledge of the system and be familiar with the job functions of the users.

？Superuser shall deliver system daily operation/system update training to users/new users in different site in China including set/release alarm, create/delete access card, change authorization of access card, video replay/copy, download report etc.. Provide support to users about trouble shooting.

3 User maintenance

？Superuser which are involved with maintaining the skills of the users, will most likely be a user of the system. The individual shall have a working knowledge of the system and be familiar with the job functions of the users.

？This superuser shall receive training from qualified users, who has been working with the Nedap and Avigilon systems for a longer time (from Lenel, Nedap, Avigilon or Vitani). The intent is to use a “train-the-trainer” system, where the superuser is the highest level of user within the organization, and deliver training to users in different site..

？The Superuser shall also be able to participate in regular meetings with Superuser from other offices/regions to “calibrate” the usage of the system and determine the best practices and implement these into their own regions.

4 System maintenance

？Superuser will be responsible for implementation of maintenance contract which is confirmed by Regional Security Officer. The individual shall have an insight into the security requirements set out by Novozymes (Corporate Security Policy and such).

 5 Project management

？When user requires to extend the security system based on business needs, the superuser should support Regional Fire & Security Officer to develop system design through coordination with different parties and implement the project according to project process after approval from Regional Fire & Security Officer.
