• Be responsible for setting up finance team, support SAP implementation in new plant;

• Establish structure and process to ensure governance and compliance with global functional standards of BAT and BIAG;

• Monthly plant target setting (KPI) base on latest volume forecast to meet budget target. Deviation analysis among Actual/Forecast/budget;

• Monthly management report preparation and deviation explanation to plant management team and region controlling team;

• Plant overhead control and deviation analysis to work with each function to find cost reduction opportunity;

• Indirect spending control to make the actual spending under control;

• Working capital control to meet the target. Strengthen DIO/DPO/DSO analysis to improve the result with related functions;

• Liquidity planning to prepare 12 weeks rolling cash forecast and quarterly FX exposure forecast to ensure most realistic and accuracy;

• Keep smooth communication with FSSC/CSSC to ensure accounting booking and controlling area correctly;

• Budget planning in good quality;

• Capex control under in budget;

• Other duties and assignments given by Cluster Financial Controller;

• Be responsible for department 5S management.

任职要求：

• Bachelor’s degree in related field;

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required, CPA/CMA preferred.

• More than 10 years workig experiences in finance/controlling, 5 years experiences in plant controller position in sized manufacturing plant, auto business experieince preferred.                                                                                                                 

• Be familiar with IFRS and China GAAP.                                                                                                                       

• Communicated in English fluently.                                                                                                                             

• Be skillful with SAP ERP system FI/CO module.                                                                                                                              

• Be familiar with Excel, Word and PPT.

• Capable of management of departmental safety, health, environment requirements, as well as legal compliance and corporate policy; awareness of risk identification and relevant party expectation; understand major environmental elements and hazardous sources within department; Continuously ensure departmental operation in compliance with management system of safety, health and environment.
