• Responsible for plant maintenance on facility and production equipment;

• Knoeledge, skill, and on-job training for relevant employees, and inplement working instruction training;

• Planning and implement corrective, predictive, and planned maintenance;

• Instruct and manage department and working area 5S and safety;

• Setup the standards of preventive maintenance, and compile department WI and record forms;

• Provide improvement solution about Top 5 issues;

• Planning and implement TPM and prepare relevant WI and record form;

• Responsible for management of relevant spare parts, wear parts, and tools;

• Follow the procedure on new equipment installation, setup, realised process, and final acceptance;

• Close responsible open issues;

• Implement other jobs which leader asks for;

• Ensure all relevant jobs complied with the government regulation of Safety, Health, and Environment Administration;

• Be responsible for 5S in working area.

任职资格：

  

• Solid knowledgy of mechanical aptitude, lubricate, hydraulic and pneumatic on parts and system;
• Familiar with mechanical drive, structure, connection, lubrication, metal heat treat, and material choice;
• Clear concept on facility and production equipments managemen;
• Ability on mechanical design, and able to work under pressure;
• Colleage degree or above,majored in mechinery or relevant field;
• Capable on problem solving, and experience on equipment correction, improvement with analysis and solutions;
• Knowledge on IATF16949; ability to compile working instruction, and implement 5WHY, PDCA, Fishbone, and A3 report;
• Good English skills;
