1.   Ensure the QMS (ISO9001+IATF16949) management system be established, monitored, implemented, maintained and improved in proper way.

2.   Ensure proper awareness, understanding and implementation abilities of the QMS through the organization.

3.   Planning, execute and follow up of internal audits and external audits (include 2nd party and 3rd party)

4.   Ensure global standard be followed in CNS in proper way.

5.   Conduct daily audit for production to ensure the proper implementation and improvement

6.   Coach for the quality tools and relevant controls, to ensure the proper competence of quality assurance in CNS

7.   Organize management review with follow up

8.   Adaptation of the standards to the changed requirements and implementation of new quality guidelines and standards

9.   Ensure proper awareness and abilities to fulfil the customer requirement as well as IATF16949 tools’ implementation

10.  Identify related laws and regulations, implement compliance evaluation

11.   Set up, maintain and improve DCC within CNS.

12.   Continued to raise the performance and value on QMS function in CNS.

13.   Supplier system audit for new supplier development.

14.   Leading audits, teaching others how to audit, and scheduling regular follow meetings/audits to ensure progress is being made and expectations of compliance are being met

15.   As Safety coordinator in Quality department:

1）  Arrange regional audit and close the findings.

2）  Follow the company EHS goal and break down the goals to department level, monitor them with outputs.

3）  Arrange the training within department in monthly base.

4）  Participate the monthly safety meeting and follow meeting minutes.

5）  Assist in improvement in all audit/investigation of safety audit.

6）  Help to investigate any safety incident/near miss with EHS.

岗位要求：

1.  Bachelor degree major in Quality assurance, Mechanical or Electronics.

2.  Minimum 5 years' experience as an ISO auditor in an international company

3.  5 years of experience in the areas of quality assurance and mechanical engineering degree is preferred

4.  Experiences in the establishment, implementation and improvement of IATF 16949 is required and the basics on 6 sigma & ISO45001 is preferred 

5.  Ability for IATF 5 tools training.

6.  Project management knowledge.

7.  QMS audit skill is required.

8.  Experience with and  good ability to communicate/information and coordinate between different  departments.

This business was started in Germany in todays headquarter back in 1956 and has now grown to a 400 million Euro business with 3 additional manufacturing plants, two in Europe and one in Wuqing, China.
