The Dell Indirect Procurement Global Shared Services Department in Xiamen is seeking a Planner-Buyer Summer Intern ( GSS Contract Function )  to assist on a range of procurement contracts administration and project related activities within cross functional teams of our procurement and supply business.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Assist with administrative contract tasks within the Indirect Procurement management systems (eg. processing contract requests, approvals, signing and storage)
• Analyse and administer documents to ensure compliance to company policies
• Manage effective communications with key stakeholders
• Participate on internal performance improvement and compliance projects
• Coordinate and liaise with internal Dell resources as required

Requirements

 

• Master / University student (full-time) – Law; Business Administration; Japanese or other relevant area
• Advanced Japanese, or English language communication skills (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working independently and within a team environment
• Diligent with attention to detail
• Proactive and accountable
