    Responsibilities and Duties  

• Set up/Optimize warehouse procedure with WH supervisor.
• Be the back-up for WH supervisor, temporarily manage WH daily work.
• SAP operation: material reception/transfer/delivery, organize paper document accordingly.
• Receive delivery request from customer contact and other department, prioritize the sequence of delivery request.
• Submit purchasing application in system, apply for replenishing consumables in warehousing activities, or expense settlement for vendor.
• Regular inventory counting- work closely with warehouse keeper to check the gaps between physical stock and system if any, adjust inventory difference in system, ensure inventory accuracy.
• Record and organize basic data of warehouse KPI.
• Attendance management: OT management of warehouse employee, timely submit request in system.
• Follow work arrangement by warehouse supervisor.

   Qualifications    

• Hold Bachelor degree or above;
• Working 2-5 years’ experience of warehouse specialist;
• ERP experience is needed, especially SAP system;
• Strong capability of Multi-tasks handling;
• Proactive manner; and team work; strong ownership.
