主要职责:

1. 监管所有社交媒体渠道，制定年度计划、战略并有效地实施执行；

Masters and manage all relevant social media channels, develop yearly plans & strategy, and executes innovative and effective actions.

2. 以软文、图像、视频等形式为社交媒体平台创造独特、高质量的广告内容，提升ROI，提高品牌知名度；

Create unique and quality contents for social media platforms in the form of written, graphic, video format so as to maximize ROI and increase brand awareness.

3. 为公司的社交媒体帐号提供系统的管理，在目标社交网络、在线渠道积极分享内容；

Provide community management for company's social media account. To share content in target social networks/ online channels actively.

4. 联络及招募更多的KOL，拓展有影响力的外联工作；

Expand and liaise KOLs and or influencers outreach efforts.

5. 与销售部、市场部等部门紧密合作，以确保能顺利完成工作；

Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, Marketing, retail) to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

6. 定期分析、审查、报告活动的效果，力求达到理想的效果。

Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results in a regular base.

职位要求：

1. 本科学历，社交媒体、公共关系、市场营销等相关专业毕业；

Bachelor’s degree in media, PR, communications, marketing or a related discipline required.

2. 5年以上数字营销工作经验，包括内容开发和社交媒体活动管理经验；

At least 5 year of hands-on digital marketing experience in developing content and manage social media campaigns.

3. 熟悉流行社交媒体平台，如微博、微信、小红书、抖音等，熟悉Instagram的优先考虑；

Knowledge of popular social media platforms: Weibo, Wechat, Red, Douyin, etc. Instagram is a plus.

4. 有较强的中英创意文案编辑能力；

Strong writing skills in both English & Chinese with creative story-telling techniques.

5. 能承受工作压力并按时完成工作；

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.

6. 对社交媒体领域的当前和新兴趋势有良好的判断力

Good sense of current and emerging trends in the social media landscape.

7. 能自我激励，对网络营销渠道充满热情；

Self-motivated and passionate about online marketing channels.

8. 有独立、创新的思维能力和积极进取的精神；

Independent, creative thinking with a can-do spirit.

9. 有团队合作精神。

As a good team player with a collaborative working style.
