Accountability：

一、Drive Corporate strategy planning initiative

1. Investigating and interacting broadly across all areas of an organization and engaging with external stakeholders to develop strategy and make strategic recommendations to senior management on both a "development" and annual cycle basis.

2. Developing and refining financial forecasts in conjunction with plan, budget, and process management.

3. Developing new and refining existing analytical techniques and resources to enable effective business planning, including market forecasting, competitive intelligence, operational review, and financial analysis.

4. Engaging, facilitating and influencing at all levels including senior executive level stakeholders, delivering persuasive presentations or briefings.

5. Analyze current market environment, company situation/operation and find/clarify facts, issues and problems.

6. Lead or participate to develop and deliver new strategic initiatives and activities at conceptual level.

7. Lead financial and strategic analysis, feasibility analysis, valuation and due diligence of potential opportunities.

二、Manage corporate level projects implementation and cross-functional project team

1. Manage strategic projects, including working through transaction contracts and creating solutions to issues identified in negotiations and due diligence.

2. Establishing cross-functional task force team through appropriate communication and engagement with external and internal stake holders.

3. Ensure project timeline and high-level result quality through cooperating with project members.

4. Build partnership with Astellas business and function leaders.

5. Coordinate 3rd party vendor and ACN internal staff to conduct related supports per project`s requests.

6. Accomplish routine or project based analytical/ reporting tasks per requests.

三、Drive "outside-in" culture

1. Challenge and develop new business models to maximize return on investment.

2. More energetic approach to strategy development and offer alternative solution grounded in business practicality.

3. Proactively analyze industry trends and competition landscape, benchmark best practices within the industry and other relevant business areas.

4. Leverage internal resources to build sharing and communication mechanism/platform for internal key stakeholders to refresh updated trends and future insight continually.

Qualifications：

一、Education

1. Bachelor and above, MBA preferred.

二、Skills

1. Good at numbers and modeling, with strong analytical skills to drive a wide range of analysis, both independently and with teamwork.

2. Strong biz sense and judgement capability to identify the priority performance bottleneck.

3. Strong communication skills to influence the key stakeholders and collaborate with partner departments.

4. Result oriented and willingness to take initiatives to challenge the status quo and optimize.

5. Intellectual capacity to drive solutions within the constraints of complex business environment and processes.

6. Quick learner and adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment and practices.

7. Strong verbal and written communication in Chinese and English.
