职位描述

1. 负责中心所有课程中、英文及其它课程的安排 。



2. 每天将新合同及课程录入到管理系统中。



3. 负责ITA学生的最初学生联络、课程协调、教师安排,开课通知。



4. 协助客户经理安排测试、新生建卡,帮助客户经理跟客户协调上课时间。新课开始前或老学生换老师时,负责协调并通知外教。



5. 协助客户经理解决客户的投诉问题。



6. 每天下午定时做好次日课程表.并确保8:30pm之前所有老师已经确认。



7. 必要时,协助教学主管完成老师的管理工作。



8. LC 课程销售的协助工作。



9. 每天处理留言本的留言,处理邮件(主要以解决投诉,协调老师与学员的上课时间,提醒客户上课,预定课程为主)。





10. 及时完成中心日报、周报、月报。、



11. 对停课较长时间的现有客户的联系,对已结课的老客户追踪.



12. 完成中心总监、副总监交予的各项工作。
