As a Sales & Service Delivery Manager you will lead a team to take ownership for the accounts and represent Baker Hughes. Using your knowledge of the market and customers, you will build trusted relationships. Acting as an ambassador for the customer, you will contribute innovative insights that deliver new and existing sales opportunities.
As a Sales & Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
· Managing Product Line P&L and Manages the company operations of all Drill Bits Services
· Driving growth in key markets in China
· Lead team to achieve aggressive sales target for the financial year
· Being responsible for customer satisfaction within the operational scope
· Managing operations employee performance, development and technical training
· Assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity to ensure flawless execution
· Developing Quality plans in line with Baker Hughes job cycle process
· Developing the team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Have a Bachelor's degree or above
· Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in oil filed services
· Have significant Oil & Gas experience with proven experience in various Drill Bits functions
· Have minimum 3 years of experience in resource management and P&L
· Be enthusiastic about working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, with a customer-centric approach
· Have excellent leadership, influential interpersonal and planning skills
· Have the ability to work in a global matrix organization
· Fluency in English
