Qualification Required:
- University graduate, business administration, or international trade majors
- Good team player
- Be able to work under pressure
- Open minded, willing to learn
- Willing to work overtime
Experience Expected:
- At least 2 years prior work experience in CRM operations, automotive industry will be plus, strong analytical skills is required
- Good oral and written communication in both Madarin and English
- Ability to interpret database information
- Self-motivated person who is able to work in pressure and meet deadlines

Job Duties:
- Assistant with imports/export contact, account and other data kept in CRM
- Keep regular contact with clients, giving feedbacks, addressing their main concerns
- Conduct analysis and interpretation of data, being relevant advisor to marketing strategy, improve operational workflows, ensure the efficiency of CRM system
- Prepare relevant technical reports to internal and external
