KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 5~8 years working experience in accounting or fianace in the similar industry
- Experience in ERP, Oracle is preferred
- Good work attitude, will to work under pressure and deadlines
- Willing to take initiative in working
- Good communication skills and be able to work well with other departments
- University graduate, major in accounting or Financial related
- Professional accounting qualification
- Good command of both spoken and written English, CET 6

MAIN TASKS
- Check the payment application ,generate the AP invoice for nontrade transaction and settle payments in Oracle
- Monitoring of staff expenses claims on travelling and entertainment expense and ensure spending is within budget
- Prepare and analysis expense report and ANP report
- Prepare journals for approval by assistant F&A Mgr/Sr Acc Supervisor and need to prepare interbranch current account reconciliation
- Review flux analysis on major B/S and P&L items
- Assist Sr Account Supervisor to prepare management monthly report
- Assist SrAccount Supervisor in annual budgeting and quartley forecasting
- Supervise the daily work of accounting team in North region
