Site construction management

项目施工管理

1. Coordinate with the client, Design Institute, General Contractor, subcontractors and so on

 协调项目参与各方的工作，如业主，设计院，总包及分包等；

2.Cooperate with the project manager to do a good job in the coordination among various specialties of the construction project, so as to ensure the realization of the overall goal of the project

协同项目经理，搞好施工项目各专业之间的协调工作，确保项目总体目标的实现；

3.Prepare various construction organization design plans and construction safety, quality and technical plans

编制各项施工组织设计方案和施工安全、质量、技术方案，

4.Prepare the progress plan of each single project, manpower and material resources plan, and machinery, tools and equipment plan

编制各单项工程进度计划及人力、物力计划和机具、用具、设备计划；

6.Participate in the completion and inspection of the project, and be responsible for the intact protection of the project

参加工程竣工交验，负责工程完好保护。

    

    

Pre-requisites:

要求

1. Mechanical engineering education background, Bachelor or Master

    暖通工程专业，学士或硕士

2. Minimal 3 years’ working experience in construction mechanical field,participated in international engineering projects, especially in clean plant (industrial automation plant) is preferred

    3年以上建筑 暖通工程的工作经验，曾参与过国际性工程项目，特别是洁净厂房（工业自动化厂房）者优先

3. Good at communication

    良好的沟通能力

4. Fluent Chinese, good English knowledge both in oral and written

    流利的中文，英语说写能力佳

5. Sound knowledge in MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD and PPT

    熟悉办公软件，CAD绘图软件及PPT

6. Diligent, independent working ability and creativity

    具独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识
