职位描述

Primary Responsibilities:

Projects Follow-Ups

Liaise and coordinate with stakeholders to execute the whole process effectively and efficiently including RFQ follow up, price analysis, sampling, product development, commercial negotiation, etc
Cost Saving

Assist Sourcing Manager to identify and provide year on year costs savings through sourcing new suppliers, negotiations and value engineering activities etc

Supplier Management

Provide Monthly/Annual report of purchase spend and supplier scorecard analysis in order for managing the suppliers in right priority Improve supplier’s delivery performance with Quality/ENG assistance § Execute sourcing strategy and Improve supplier relationship Provide assistance as for quality/production issues by means of driving supplier’s execution on the corrective action plan and policies/procedures

Commercial

Source new product and new supplier with guidance by Sourcing Manager
Conduct supplier commercial assessment

Responsible for commercial discussion with supplier such as NDA, tooling agreement, payment term, lead time, delivery term etc

Others

Administrative & temporarily assignments

Supplier visits and attend sourcing fair
