Key Responsibility 关键职责：

1) Arrange booking with carrier and follow up with the booking confirmation与承运人(订舱代理）安排订舱并跟进订舱状态确认 。

2) Update operation system according to requested SOP/Deadline.根据公司系统SOP要求的标准操作程序及时地更新公司系统信息。

3) Arrange tracking /customs declaration according to request SOP.根据操作SOP要求的标准操作程序安排/跟踪清关手续。

4) Good communication skill with both overseas colleagues and local suppliers.与海外同事/代理和当地供应商保持良好的沟通。

5) Back up other team members per team leader instruction.根据团队主管的指示支援其他团队成员的工作。

6) Ensure complete and correct data input in operation system.确保录入操作系统的信息和数据完整和准确。

7) Liaise/coordinate with agents to ensure accurate and timely despatch of Ocean export shipments to destinations密切与代理商联络和协调以确保将海运出口货物及时、准确地发送到目的地 。

8) Able to deal with daily job under pressure and emergency.在高压和紧急情况下能够有条不紊的处理日常工作。

9）Good email reply manner, which shall be timely and efficiently.良好的商务邮件回复礼仪，及时高效。

Key Role Requirements：任职要求

- Good operation experience in North and South America / Europe / Southeast Asia有南北美洲/欧洲/东南亚等航线的操作经验 ；

- 2-3 year industry experiences; the background for global forwarder will be preferable.有2-3年货代行业经验；有跨国货运公司工作背景者优先。

- Good English skills in both written and spoken; CET-4 or levels equivalent than that-Associate degree above.良好的英语书面和口头表达能力；大学英语四级或相当于大学英语四级的水平

- Good communication skill, responsible, active.良好的沟通能力，认真负责，积极主动。
