职位描述
Key Measuring Parameters 关键指标
1.To liaise with and capture ongoing operational development / performance improvement needs of all regional offices and Markets (internal process, external process, technology or other)
负责公司各市场、职能部门所有对于运营发展和绩效改进的需求。（内部流程、外部流程、技术系统等）
2.Submit PIP plan according to our company’s strategic & development. The result of optimization should be measurable.
根据公司的战略和发展提出绩效优化计划。优化结果应是可衡量的。
3.To lead the execution of all strategic and performance improvement projects for National Operations in China – working closely with national Operations (in stores and office)
推动所有战略和绩效改进项目在全国营运系统的执行，和全国营运部门紧密合作。（包括店铺和写字楼）
4.To assist the ODSM in the design and build of various strategic reports / tools for CEO
协助为CEO设计和提供多样华的战略分析报告和工具。
5.To manage and develop the PIP Analyst
管理PIP团队。
Key Skills / Experience 技能要求
1.Essential to have 3 years+ experience in retail.
至少三年以上零售工作经验。
2.Essential 2 year+ experience work in operation or performance, procedure control dept.
至少丙年以上营运或绩效、流程控制工作经验。
3.Must know how to balance Corporate Strategy with Operational Implementation
知晓如何平衡公司战略和实际运营执行。
4.Proficiency in analysis and presentation – must be able to quickly identify a problem, present a solution and drive implementation of changes across Operations
具备良好的分析能力和解决问题的能力。能快速定义问题，找出解决方案，并推动在营运层面的执行。
5.Project management in a cross-functional department would be plus.
有跨部门项目管理经验为佳。
6.Experience in consulting or advisory (internal or external) would be a plus
有顾问或咨询（内部、外部）为佳。
7. Result oriented.
以结果为导向
8. Good English & Office skill
良好的英文能力以及熟练使用办公软件。
