1. Responsible for supplier audit and improvement, incl. system improvement activity, process control, confirm capacity, quality control capability, etc.
2. Responsible for supplier quality issues resolving and following up, incl. reviewing drawing, deliver product features, experimental requirements, measurement methods, etc.
3. Responsible for quality report clarification with supplier.
4. Responsible on annual supplier assessment and improvement plan.
5. Cooperate with procurement and technician on new supplier and first samples.

职位要求：

1. Engineering background, more than 3 years supplier management or quality management experience in the manufacturing industry.
2. With professional skills , such as casting, forging, heat treatment, etc. Be familiar with all kinds of quality statistics and control tool, and has the rich on-site audit and the ability to deal with the problem, and can be guidance for supplier quality improvement
3. Good communication skills on both Chinese and English.
4. Adapt to frequent business trips.
5. High pressure resistance, has the good team cooperation spirit.
6. Be familiar with ISO quality system requirements.
7. Good skill on Office software, like word, excel and PowerPoint.
