Professional Experience专业经验:

 

·          Minimum 7 years of experience in IT system management or working in a similar position.

·          Minimum 5 years of experience with computer system validation, IT compliance and system development.

·          Hard understanding of IT compliance best practice knowledge in GAMP5.

·          Minimum 3 years of experience with IT project management.

·          4-yr (BS) Degree in information technology or related field.

Key areas of responsibility 主要工作职责:

 -       Take responsibility of STJ IT Compliance SME to manage IT compliance level of GxP systems, computerized equipment and critical IT infrastructures. 承担诺和诺德天津厂IT合规过程专家，管理质量关键IT系统、计算机化设备和关键IT基础架构的IT合规级别。

 -       Developing and overseeing IT compliance control process/system to prevent or deal with deviations of IT compliance guidelines and internal policies. 建立并监督IT合规控制流程/系统来预防或处理与IT合规方针政策不一致的偏差。 

-       Evaluating the efficiency of IT compliance controls and improve them continuously. 评估IT合规控制的有效性并持续改进。 

-       Revising IT compliance procedures, SOPs, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues 周期性识别潜在风险或不合规问题，并修订IT合规相关的流程、SOP、报告等。  

 -       Advise and comment on new technologies, projects, services and methods from IT compliance perspective to improve the business of IT operation and reduce cost.      对改进IT运营业务和降低成本的新技术、项目、服务以及工作方法给出IT合规建议。   

-       Create IT compliance training strategy and training plan, and track training implementation and effectiveness.                 建立IT合规培训策略和培训计划，跟踪培训执行情况和有效性。       

Main Job Tasks 主要工作任务:      

 ·          Developing and overseeing IT compliance control systems to prevent or deal with deviations of IT compliance guidelines and internal policies. 建立并监督IT合规控制系统来预防或处理与IT合规方针政策不一致的偏差。

 ·          Evaluating the efficiency of IT compliance controls and improve them continuously. 评估IT合规控制的有效性并支持改进。

 ·          Revising IT compliance procedures, SOP, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues 周期性识别潜在风险或不合规问题，并修订IT合规相关的流程、SOP、报告等。

 ·          Advise and comment on new technologies, services and methods from IT compliance perspective to improve the business of IT operation and reduce cost.       对改进IT运营业务和降低成本的新技术、服务以及工作方法给出IT合规建议。 ·          Propose and lead IT compliance improvement project to meet external and internal IT compliance requirement, ensure IT compliance improvement project execution smoothly.        根据内部或外部IT合规要求发起和领导IT合规改进项目，并保证IT项目有效地执行。

 ·          Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify IT compliance issues and provide advice or training. 按需审核相关工作以识别IT合规风险，并提供建议和培训。 

·          Prepare IT compliance reports for management, internal and external inspection. 向管理层和内外部审计提供IT合规相关报告

。 ·          Take the responsibility of validation SME (subject matter expert). Lead validation activities for IT project complying with GxP and Corporate computer system policy and procedure.   承担验证过程专家职责。领导验证活动以保证IT项目符合GxP要求以及总部的计算机系统政策和流程规定。

 ·          Define IT compliance procedure. Support IT compliance related activities in business areas, such as quality procedure follow up, to improve compliance level.       定义IT合规流程。支持业务部门IT合规相关活动，如质量流程跟踪，以提高合规水平。 

·          Create suitable IT compliance training strategy and training plan by understanding internal and external IT compliance requirement, business requirement and challenges. Manage and track training execution and effectiveness.         在理解内外部IT合规要求、业务需求和挑战的基础上制定适合的IT合规培训策略和培训计划；管理和跟踪培训执行情况和有效性。

 ·          Take system manager role for GxP systems, define system management activities and yearly plan, review and approve system management relevant documents. 承担关键系统的系统经理角色，定义系统管理相关活动和年度计划，审阅和批准系统管理相关文档。
