岗位描述：

1.结合公司优势航线、价格等特色开发目标客户，了解其需求，设计合作方式，并积极协调内外资源以实现销售目标；

2.定期拜访客户，了解客户需求，与客户保持畅通的沟通渠道；及时协助处理客户异议和投诉，以满足业务长远发展的需要；

3.了解客户需求动态，及时反馈客户开发的进展情况，同时负责市场信息的收集和分析；

4.开发公司合作客户，开拓物流服务范围；

5.制作报价单、各类方案及销售计划；

6. 与客户保持良好沟通，并掌握催收技巧，确保货款顺利回收；控制应收款额度，加快销售资金的回笼，以提高公司资金周转率，降低公司经营风险；

7.上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职资格：   

1.大专及以上学历，有货代销售经验者优先；

2.良好的沟通能力和交际技巧，有亲和力和抗压力；

3.熟悉国际货运代理业务的操作流程，熟悉物流市场及物流行业；

4.英语听说读写熟练，熟练使用office等办公软件；

Responsibilities:

1.Present and sell forwarding & logistics services to current and potential clients.

2.Prepare monthly action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.

 3.Follow up on sales leads with pro-active result and the assigned customers.

 4. Collect market information to develop business.

 5. Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

 6. Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales confirmation.

7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

8. Setting the selling strategy then communication and implementing the strategy with customers.

 9. In responsible to submit reports, including activity, follow-up, performance and further development action.

 10. In responsible to the collection of payment.

Required Competencies:

1.Excellent communication, strong negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 2.Excellent analytical ability and judgment.

 3.Strong commercial sense.

 4.Great team player, aggressive, highly motivated and self-driven.

 5.Good written and spoken English.

6.Interested in transportation and logistics.
