 Job Mission

This retail trainer plays a key
role in front of store teams. He/she is a role model in terms of client service
and product expertise. He/she is also a very important learning partner with
retail front line staff

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Take the ownership of on boarding program for
store newcomers, which including:

-          Design & develop interactive on boarding
learning activities to fulfill new sales team’s learning requirement.   

-          Deliver Induction Training, provide follow up
training in stores and regularly update on boarding checklist tools for SM/in
store trainers to better groom newcomers.

-          Update specific on-line learning program for
newcomers and follow the results. 

 

·       In terms of new collection launch:

-          Collaborate with Merch team to plan collection
training by using different learning format.

-          Conduct follow up in store training &
coaching are also to help store team absorb knowledge & skill in an
efficiency way.

 

·       Work closely with store managers to enhance
client experience. Provide coaching/training/insights according to results of
MSP/VOICE, and his/her observation on the floor as well.

 

·       Support different in store presentations and relevant
clienteling activities as a business partner. Base on the understanding of
CELINE client’s characters and performance of front retail team, analysis/identify/feedback
is there any room for improvements for retail training teams to provide learning
solutions, thus take actions accordingly. 

 

Requirement

·       4 years of solid training experience in relevant
industry

·       Passionate & has the willingness in people
learning and development

·       Mature personality, strong sense of
responsibility and strong motivation

·       Front line working experience is also welcome
for this role
