岗位职责：

1、老项目的梳理及重构工作，参与对公司现有业务系统（Ruby）迁移到Java服务，新项目基于SpringCloud构建微服务；

2、能够承担独立模块的设计和编码工作；

3、能够独立承担核心业务的改造，并能指导初级、中级工程师模块设计及开发。

任职要求：

1、3年以上 Java 开发经验，扎实的计算机专业基本功，热爱coding；

2、Java基础扎实，熟悉Java OOP编程，精通IO、多线程，了解JVM的原理和机制；

3、对设计模式有很好的理解和实践经验，了解领域驱动设计，有良好的编码习惯和较好的模型抽象能力；

4、能够熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis、Dubbo、MQ、Redis、Elasticsearch等各种Java中间件；

5、能够熟练使用MySQL，能够对业务进行数据建模，表达实体关系，索引优化；

7、熟练掌握TCP/IP网络相关知识，对HTTP/HTTPS等协议原理有深入了解；

8、有较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析、归纳、解决问题，沟通表达清楚；

10、参与过大型复杂分布式互联网系统设计的开发者优先。
