职位描述
Typical Duties:
1. In charge of SOE customers sales to increase our share and meet profit targets in responsible area;
2. Work with the Manager to implement sales strategies to increase market penetration;
3. Design and implement new business model considering partnerships to growth sales in this channel;
4. Implement sales tools to leverage our sales between WD and manufacturer;
5. Communicate timely with the organization about customers’ issues and opportunities;
6. Prepare and coordinate training programs to dealers to sell more batteries;
7. Prepare quotations to the customers according internal procedures;
8. Forecast short, medium and long term sales for SOE identifying risks and opportunities to improve sales;
9. Administrate the business to reduce channel conflicts between SOE and aftermarket;
10. Price negotiations;
11. Keep good relationship with SOE customers and responsible for collecting SOE customers demands and solve problems to exceed customers’ expectation;
12. Track account receivables to avoid past dues;
13. Other duties as required
REQUIREMENTS:
1. BA degree with business or above;
2. Familiar with commercial business in SOE
3. At least 5 years sales experience in commercial vehicle parts industry
4. Good problem solving and information seeking, analysis skill, execution ability
5. Good impacting communications and internal resources managing skills
