Position: 物流经理（DI）  

Location: Shanghai

Description: 

Member of a integrated DESIGN & IMPLEMENTATION team, the candidate, will:

• Be responsible for designing, developing, & implementing logistics programs and operation

With the support of the company back office teams, he/she will:

• Assess the customer needs by establishing diagnosis of the logistics requirements

• Design logistics operation programs & deploy their implementation

• Oversee the operation process, drawing up a operation schedule

• Design operation patterns to enable seamless operation flows

• Ensure that the operation is cost effective

• Decide what resources are required

• Set the quality standards

• Monitor the Logistics processes and adjust schedules as needed

• Be responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment

• Monitor service standards and implement quality control programmes

• Work with the company managers to implement the company's policies & goals

• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed

• Review worker performance

• Identify training needs.                 

• Define the operation process and job duties of the operation teams

• Contribute to translate data into information of value to our customers and ourselves

• Identify measurement items (KPI) to provide visibility on the operation performance levels

• Measure the operation efficiency & productivity to keep improving the company performance

• Lead, train and supervise the warehouse teams to ensure the right process implementation

• Communicate with the company IT dept. to configure the system functions according to the operation requirements

  Requirements:          

• The position requires a minimum of 3 years at a logistics related function in a multi-national organization.

• Strong planning and organization skills to be able run and monitor the operation process

• The ability to act decisively and solve staff or equipment-related problems

• The capacity to grasp concepts easily

• Great attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality

• The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers and clients

• The ability to work under pressure and motivate others to meet deadlines

• The ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.

• Be well-organized and able to work in a busy environment requiring management of multiple projects.

• An in-depth understanding of the supply Chain mechanisms and be familiar with logistics system applications

• Impeccable command of oral and written English

• Strong ethics with impeccable integrity

• Proficiency in computer software programs specifically Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio) is required
